Before your Appointment

To make your appointment efficient and allow your physician to perform a complete medical exam, please read the following instructions before your appointment.

Bring a government-issued picture identification or original passport
Bring any official documentation provided by IRCC for this medical exam
Bring any list of medication that is relevant
Bring any recent relevant medical reports for current medical conditions or previously exisiting conditions
Bring your eyeglasses or contact lenses if you need to wear them
Bring an interpreter if you do not understand French, English or Arabic.
If you are a refugee :
- Bring the Interim Federal Health Refugee Document or the Acknowledgment Of Receipt.

No fasting is needed before your appointment.

No pictures are needed since we have access to them with eMedical.
